
The process
By taking a holistic approach to health coaching and evaluating all areas of one’s life, you will learn how to eat and nourish yourself for energy, vitality, and healing. We will co-create an individualized plan to help you meet your personal goals, and I will share the tools, resources and practices that have helped me on my journey. My gentle and grounded approach to coaching will allow you to tap into your intuition, identify and move past the blocks in your life, bring awareness and release to areas of stress, and bring your body and life into a state of balance.
The path towards wellness is not often linear, but the commitment to keep showing up and gently integrate small changes into our lives is where the transformation occurs. I believe that we all have the capacity to express health, but that means something different for everyone as we are each totally unique beings. My practice is to support and guide you, from a place of love and non-judgement, to find out what that truth is for you.
